Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulation) Rules 2000 S.O.670(E), [19/7/2000]:

 

  • In 2000 the Government of India formed a set of rules, which have since been amended from time to time, to regulate the production, sales, imports, exports and consumption of Ozone Depleting Substances (including HCFCs and CFCs) in order to comply with the Montreal Protocol. In 2014 Ozone Depleting Rules were amended to include HCFC phase out
